The MEET Battery Research Center of the University of Münster will stage the international event in cooperation with Haus der Technik (Essen), the Helmholtz-Institute Münster (IEK12, Forschungszentrum Jülich) and the Institute for Power Electronics and Electric Drives (ISEA) of RWTH Aachen University. Münster and Aachen have taken turns hosting the conference since 2009.
